These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the website www.buzzers.fit and its associated services. Buzzers.fit is a timing and CrossFit competition management platform offering connected buzzers, a real-time leaderboard, streaming overlays and organization tools.
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the site.
The site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. Some features require creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Buzzers.fit offers the following services: • CrossFit competition timing with connected buzzers • Real-time leaderboard with division rankings • Streaming overlays for live broadcasting • Judge remote control for rep counting • Registration and team management • Athlete space with schedule and personal results • Access control via dynamic QR code
Competition registration may be free or paid depending on the organizer's configuration. Payment is processed via Stripe. Cancellation and refund conditions are defined by each competition organizer.
All elements of the site (text, images, logos, software, databases) are the exclusive property of Buzzers.fit or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement.
The user agrees to: • Use the site for its intended purpose • Not disrupt the operation of the service • Not attempt to access unauthorized areas • Respect intellectual property rights • Not collect personal data of other users
Buzzers.fit strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the service, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. The publisher shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Buzzers.fit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
